How many of you heard of #LunarPunk ?
It's a derivative of hopepunk/solarpunk, and it focuses on the night time, dark spaces, underground work, nocturnal types and things that grow in the dark. It's a much more subtle aesthetic, skewing towards darker hues, purples, silvers, black, over the solarpunk earth and pastel tones.
This small patch is my own lunarpunk symbol design, the fusion between the mystical and far-off moon, and the daily work of infrustructure and technology.

​it is morning my dudes. Today is a big socialization day for me, DnD and a meetup.
I was introduced to the idea of watermelone backnon tumblr. Watermelons are people that 'front' as an eco anarchist, but at the 'center' are actual ancoms or socialists. It was originally framed as an insult, but it's actually a pretty cute nickname. '#Solarpunk #Watermelon' was the title of my last tumblr blog. This was one of the first little patches I made.

​celebrate your anti-nationalist pride with this hand stitched burlap limited edition patch.
Why burlap? You ask. I am using all gifted, donated, upcycled, or re-used materials. My paints, my fabric, my thread I have thrifted/scavenged if I've purchased at all.
And every single patch of mine is different. I've only made one or two designs multiple times. I'm still figuring out what works with what I have, which means every piece I gift or sell is going to be unique.
It was only recently, with donations and purchases, that I was able to invest in more fabric and tools.
This giveaway is not just a way of reintroducing myself and giving my friends presents for my birthday, but abbout seeing what people like and respond to in my work, what directions I find to still be fruitful.
