Seeing reports that the #xbbvax booster adoption rate is “only” 14%. That’s not bad at all compared to the bivalent from 2022

The bivalent in the end had a 17% adoption rate among eligible adults

So 14% at two months in, is a good improvement IMO

Thankful to Region of Waterloo health unit for the ease of getting our Moderna covid XBB & seasonal flu shots this morning. The flu shot was offered as a bonus when we arrived for the covid vax. Wondering which arm will complain the most tonight.

@ndrwy Toronto is allowing walk-in #xbbvax without any troubles, they aren’t enforcing limited groups. Probably due to lack of lineups. Friend got entire family boosted today. Hooray!

#xbbvax and #fluvax done. I remain an all-Moderna #covidvax critter. (I would have opted for the new #novavax this round instead, but the best shot is the one you can actually find.)
