So I don't know much about Hillbilly Jim before 1996, but his theme is 10x better than Henry O. Godwinn (yes, those initials do spell what you think..)'s 1995 theme. Adding Hillbilly Jim as a manager with his old theme and Phinneas I. Godwinn as a tag partner were the final things that Godwinn was missing, even if this just raised him from "bad" to "perfunctory."
