Riddling a limited edition of medlar infused apple cider for #winetopia Wellington. 5% juice from our bletted medlars added to our cider from 2023 (mainly mild bitter sweets from Devon) , only 100 bottles made. I couldn’t resist but drank one before riddling. ( quality assurance) wonderful, the soft quince tannins adding tropical notes. #cider #cidery
