Deutschland hat im Rahmen seiner neuen digitalen Infrastrukturstrategie Deutschland-Stack das Open-Document-Format (ODF) verbindlich für Dokumente in der öffentlichen Verwaltung festgelegt. Microsofts Word ist an dieser Stelle also als Quasi-Standard raus.
Was benutzt ihr so? Ich bin vor einem Monat entgültig zu CachyOS gewechselt. Tatsächlich funktioniert hier das Thema Gaming sehr gut, auch durch das Zutun von Steam, die standardmäßig einen kompatibilitätsmodus durch Proton bereitstellen. Neue Titel wie z.B. Resident Evil: Requiem laufen also reibungslos und ohne Probleme oder Leistungsenbußen. #cachyos #linux #linuxgaming #steam #windowssucks #gaming
My first stay at a @hubhotel. This was at Kings Crossing in London. The staff was great, lounge area was comfortable and fun, the room was clean, functional with plenty of tech. But it was SMALL!
Also, I really glad the evelvator was not actually running that ancient version of Windows. One day, it actually made it to the Start screen LOL
Booted Windows 11 for the first time in a long while because I need to make a quick change to a document I don’t have a soft copy of, and MS Paint is quick and easy. But first, I need to install updates and reboot a few times. No choice. 🙄

For me, it's broken the "Windows App" (remote desktop), which I guess is the same thing.
That's my day fucked as i'm not an admin on my work computer....

Depuis quelques mois, #Microsoft semble accumuler les boulettes, dans une avalanche de problèmes techniques, alors même que #Windows10 n’a plus de support. Les annonces sur l'#IA et la montée en puissance de #Linux sur les jeux n'arrangent pas la situation.
