#CachyOS is censoring all discussion about "age verification" in the #Linux operating system. They're calling anyone asking about it "radicals", and deleting all posts about it.

They claim that CachyOS won't have "age verification", yet they're using SystemD, which already has indications of this fash crap.

Just FYI. Personally I find this behavior from the CachyOS team to be very concerning, but that's my personal take.

Habe gerade CachyOS auf'm USB-Stick angeschaut. Gefällt mir gut und ich erwäge ein Dual-Boot-System einzurichten. Dummerweise ist meine Windows-Partition per BitLocker verschlüsselt. Ich möchte aber von Linux darauf zugreifen können.
Mal gucken, ob ich mir das antue.

Hace una semana cambié a CachyOS para comprobar sus virtudes en el rendimiento. Justamente antes andaba usando Manjaro. Aproveché para hacer algunas pruebas de rendimiento con CS2 y estos son los resultados:
- Manjaro
Schedule default:
FPS: Avg=322.8, P1=162.5
Schedule SCX LAVD:
FPS: Avg=326.1, P1=171.8

- CachyOS:
Schedule default:
FPS: Avg=340.3, P1=143.3
Schedule SCX LAVD:
FPS: Avg=369.4, P1=159.2

Si se nota diferencia.

So, after years of running Ubuntu as my daily driver, I thought I'd give CachyOS a try before Ubuntu's next LTS release in April. I have to say CachyOS+Gnome desktop is lightning fast! I've much to do but having removed FireFox, changed the default fish shell to zsh, installed & set up NeoMutt, PyRadio & the re-implimentation of 'TUI' (command line app for Mastodon) with 'tooi' (@ihabunek which is awesome!!), things are looking good so far! #cachyos #archlinux #neomutt #tooi #zsh

Next Linux project: 2016? (Or 14) MacBook Pro: CachyOS has no mouse (no touchpads USB connected) and graphic problems (Built-in and hdmi)
