Ich habe für meine Serie »CachyOS härten« eine kurze Anleitung geschrieben, wie man auf #CachyOS das #Login sowie #sudo und #su und #KDE (eher improvisiert) mit einem #Fido2 Token absichert. Getestet mit #yubico #yubikey #nitrokey, #token2 r3 und #thetis via #pam und #pam_u2f

Damit kann man dann #mfa mit 3 Faktoren (Token: PIN und Besitz sowie das normale Passwort) umsetzen.

Obacht: man kann sich beim nachbauen schnell mal komplett aussperren, also die beschriebenen Vorsichtsmaßnahmen beachten.

Falls jemand weiß wie man KDE/SDDM besser mit pam_u2f absichert, immer her mit den Ideen.

I’ve spent some time this weekend reinstalling my desktop with #CachyOS. Previously it used #bazzite, as it was mostly used for gaming, but I was also using it to run some heavier game servers and doing all of that in #distrobox was getting annoying. So far it’s been a nice experience, and I’m enjoying being able to mess stuff up again

Riccardo Palombo torna a Linux dopo qualche tempo "sprecato" su macOS.
Non è certo un novizio, ma con un po' di competenza ed inventiva (o copiando i suoi file di configurazione) si possono ottenere risultati simili anche su hardware modesto.

P.s: nel video, oggettivamente, si evidenziano anche alcuni limiti di applicazioni open source su Linux.

Su Cachy OS quando avviate il sistema parte CachyOS Hello, un'interfaccia grafica che permette di personalizzare molti aspetti in modo facilissimo.

Cliccando su Applicazioni/personalizzazioni si apre una schermata nuova, dove, cliccando su Cambia server DNS si possono tesstare i tempi di latenza di vari DNS e selezionare da menu a tendina quello che si preferisce....fra cui Quad9 !

Poi fa tutto Hello, voi dovete solo scegliere il provider che preferite.

Linux is NOT secure. The average Linux distro is garbage. Latest dirty frag shit proved my point too. GrapheneOS and probably (not sure) secureblue didn't get affected by this.

Use secureblue GNOME or nothing.
