It was such a busy day that I forgot I took a hike before work this morning. π₯Ή
And it was beautiful.
I've been spending a lot of time outside. The snow has been pretty but seriously making runs challenging.

#today - Spent a lot of time outdoors. This is week 3 of a running program and it's been a great decision although very different than I expected. After years of chronic stress and COVID, I lost significant weight and so reapproaching a physical regimen was needed but terrifying. So far? π
The weather was gorgeous today and so many geese (not pictured). #Kansas does have some wicked thorns.
My favorite photo from today. Colors enhanced but that's how I feel about Kansas. It's not black and white here. Or boring. Misunderstood? Yes.
I do enjoy more rural natural settings and seek them out for comfort. We're very fortunate to have so many well-kept parks and recreational areas.
I love bridges and overpasses, and occasionally hanging out under them. π
None of that today, everything still muddy from the snow.

All the snow has finally melted. It was a great day to hear the birds and soak up the sunshine. π
