I was out walking #WestCliff #SantaCruz between rain clouds this afternoon around 2:15pm and this happened across from #LighthousePoint.
I was trying to capture the sound of the wind blowing through the trees, but what you heard is mostly the wind going by my microphone.
The wind is very strong. This is part of the #AtmosphericRiver level 3 that is hitting us today.

Joe โ๐One more from yesterday. This used to be the eastbound lane of West Cliff Drive on the Santa Cruz coast, just west of Woodrow. This stretch was damaged less severely last winter and lost the bike path, now a bit more than half the road is gone. My guess is that they won't fix this, maybe just try to prevent further slides, and there will just be a bike path through this stretch. #SantaCruz #WestCliff
