A while back, I found a site listing hosting providers (don't recall if it web hosting or VPS), with how free speech friendly they were and the kinds of content they allowed. The way they did this was by directly mailing the providers, saying they wanted to set up a 4chan-like board, and asked whether they allowed certain content types.
I remember this site being very comprehensive, but I can't find it. Does anyone know it? (Or any similar site?)
