[EDITED] Added a simple memoization for page fragmentation, on second pass total render time goes down to 50ms for 500 pages. Haven't tested the memoization with a real partial content change yet though.

Made a little test paginating html content procedurally,, instead of relying on the browser.
Each html element is measured, then laid out on the web page, and paginated doing simple position+height mathematical checks
Goal is to increase speed in (and ultimately cache) in md -> html -> paginated content conversion for live edition
Renders 500-ish pages in 600ms
Stats in console log
