Dear #web2print friends, please help! What’s a non-borked browser workflow on macOS to get a web page, sized with a certain landscape `@page { size }`, into a full-color, full-bleed PDF of said size? Is this some sort of cruel joke that all workflows break one way or another? (Solution must be macOS browser-based)

Last Wednesday, my fellow XPUB1 classmates and me wrapped up the trimester with a collective folding, binding, and paginating party to make A_Mazing Machine[s]: Wordscapes to Liberate Language, the printed publication of our Special Issue 28!

My first few months at @xpub have been incredible. I am so proud of my classmates, the work we did together, and what we learned. I am also very grateful to our tutors, who have been super kind and inspiring!

All information, plus a PDF of the printed version, made with WeasyPrint is available on this Eleventy website we created to share all the things that we explored. It mirrors our incredible, legendary wiki. It was very interesting and insightful, so I published my notes about Using MediaWiki as a CMS for Eleventy.

Pour les amateur·ices de #web2print et de #fanzine sous Debian, sachez que j’ai utilisé BookletImposer pour imposer le livret A5 à partir du PDF A4, ça marche très bien et c’est très pratique : https://kjo.herbesfolles.org/bookletimposer/

@QuentinJuhel J’ai essayé d’utiliser Bookletor https://gitlab.com/quentinjuhel/Bookletor qui a l’air super, mais je n’ai pas réussi... J’ai bien installé `psutil` mais j’avais des erreurs en console, faudra qu’on regarde à l’occasion si tu as un moment.

 Cette semaine, j’ai proposé à @dobody que l’on collabore pour créer un support pédagogique en #web2print de vulgarisation du Fédivers !
