It's a telling exchange. Trump's fanatics have long been at #WarFooting because: as their Agent says: "Liberals already ruined it." They have long seen the nation as ruined, have seen progress as backslide, etc. Their firm belief in absurdities have led them to atrocities.

@Flux Indeed. "Trump wants Canada" has disappeared from CBC broadcasts.

Today the national broadcaster is huffing about "run away spending" "worse than Trudeau" but nary a comment that during this crisis #Canada can’t do the things we need to do to protect our sovereignty, strengthen our economy, expand the military and diversify our markets all while slashing taxes and pursuing a balanced budget. 🤦

@Snowshadow exactly. He is getting ready for war, not same-old. I am happy he is keeping the cabinet lean and responsive. Too many cooks would be dangerous right now. When we don’t have the largest military force in the world, run by a fascist who has destroyed his own government and economy, on our undefended border, then we can think about the future. Right now we are adapting daily.
