I'm not defending PP, but there's a lot of #misinformation around this. The situation isn't what it's made out to be.

It's not an ordinary #security #clearance he's being asked to get before seeing this report; it's a specific agreement that once he sees the report, he cannot discuss any of its contents, with anyone, ever, under threat of #criminal penalty. It even requires him to #waive #parliamentary #privilege, so he can't even discuss it in parliament.
