Heads up everyone: #Disney's latest attack on legal rights is one that needs to be widely acknowledged, to create a PR situation that discourages corporations from doing it in the future.

They are now apparently arguing that, because a #DisneyPlus trial and an #Epcot ticket both require you to agree to #arbitration in the future, they can bar you from a #WrongfulDeath #lawsuit against any of their subsidiaries for an unlimited time after the subscription is over and the ticket has been used.

Not only is the idea of enforcing a #liability waiver on a wrongful death outside of something known to be dangerous insane, but they are trying to make it such that, if you ever sign any agreement with them, you permanently forfeit your #rights to any sort of #court action for the rest of your life.

This would effectively render all #legal and #constitutional protections null and void, because anyone could get you to sign a #waiver and use it against you years later.
