Singing - especially as a backing vocalist - is one of the ways I’m learning to trust my voice.

It gets tight. Clenched. Quiet.
But as a Manifestor - in Human Design - my voice is my tool.
It’s literally where my power lives.
So I have to practise using it.
Not just for others. But for myself.
Backing vocals help me do that, in a fun way
I get to express myself without pressure...somewhat.
And I get to do it in a band with my best friend, which makes it even better 😍
