In the middle of the island is the restaurant area. That area, like most of the island, looks out at the beach. And what a beach it was. There was plenty of seating, most of which was in or near shade. There were enough trees to keep you out of the sun but not so many that they made the beach feel cramped. The sand was really nice. And the water wasn’t too far away so it was nice and quick to get to when you wanted to snorkel

It had a little patio out front with the mats and in the back it had a fenced in area with a sink, toilet, and open air shower. The back also had chests to put your things in and behind the bed there was a desk

And while looking Max found Le Pirate Island, which is a small island sort of northwest of Labuan Bajo. We liked how it looked and decided to stay there for the first part of the trip
