This 2017 Aspros Lagos (Douloufakis on Crete) is Vidiano in acacia and oak. Deep and dry, it has good balancing acidity and some touches of maturity, but it is doing great. It should continue to hold for a few more years, perhaps more than anticipated. That tight, tense finish is enticing. It's best with food. About $35, 14.1%
