@Andrewpapale yeah, these are great questions!! It’s really hard to record in ventral HPC (especially CA1) and the cells firing there are very sparse and not really firing like place cells. If there are theta sequences and replay, it would probably be of something else than spatial trajectories. Some of my colleagues in the #vanDerMeerLab are on it!
