People with that CEO's mentality never seem to get it that if you don't want people knowing that you said something damning, then it's totally on you not to say it in the first damn place -- because asking (or, worse, demanding) that it not be repeated is even more damning.
...and I've always said -- since, like, the 1990s -- that income taxes should be, by default, the government sends you a fully-accounted bill and you either pay it or dispute it.
