What kind of Superpower advises it's troops stationed abroad to rely on charity for food?
America likes to think it's some unbeatable warrior nation, but how strong are you when your Troops are hungry? It sounds like Russia....

It's probably, hopefully, just the Air National Guard fighters out of Portland doing routine exercises, but it wouldn't shock me if it were a Trump-ordered "show of force" in advance of elections and because of protests, and that the processed-cheese-fool didn't realize that the famous Oregon cloud cover wouldn't allow 99% of people to know it wasn't just unusually routed airliners.
