seems to be verified that CHP is accepting Erdogan as victorious and by that making him victorious.

They could have instead also called to investigate the election frauds, especially that depending what numbers are used Erdogan has over 50% or not.

If under 50% a secound voting round would need to happen.

I cannot confirm this, as I simply don't know.
