Phew! Reflashing the firmware using the latest image from https://github.com/pimoroni/tufty2350 got the Tufty back working again. I still don't know what caused the issue, but at least I can put my MicroPython coding trousers back on and get coding again.

Spent a few evenings enjoying getting back up to speed with MicroPython when my new Badgeware Tufty 2350 decided to lose its firmware and apps. Found the GitHub repo and will try reflashing the firmware tomorrow when I'm in a better mood.

Hmm, ist das normal das #tufty 2040 eine "falsche" Polzuordnung hat? wenn am JST-PH2-Stecker links der Pluspol ist meckert mein LiPo-Lader, aber das Batteriepack und das Tufty it wohl so gepolt...

I too was a member of the Tufty Club. #Tufty is 10 years older than me and still enjoying retirement.

The policeman on the other hand was shot for giving Ermintrude from The Magic Roundabout Bovine TB.

😉

@vfrmedia ISTR the Tufty Club was around long before that, certainly back in the early '60s, before it was Trumptonised in 1970s 🙂

(Normally Tufty the squirrel and his friends just told you to be safe when crossing the road or playing outside)

Whilst Americans had cardboard space age playsets, in 1970s Britain we had a cardboard road layout (to use with Matchbox and other 1:64 scale toy cars), complete with roundabout and #Tufty Fluffytail the squirrel and his Furryfolk friends (who were regularly on kids TV in that era with road safety PSAs) reminding kids to also think about pedestrians and add safe road crossing points to the layout..
