1. How someone treats people who can’t do anything for them. Kindness is not a strategy; it's a system requirement
2. What they do when nobody’s watching. Integrity means maintaining your code even when no one is checking
3. How they handle failure. Resilience proves their system can absorb pressure without projecting low energy onto others

Kindness is harder than confidence. Humility is a rarer, more valuable skill than ambition. Be impressed only by demonstrated integrity. This is the definition of Self-Respect.

Every benefit listed, except the first, is simply a benefit the co-op already provides. Also, I don't see any mention of keeping their low-interest loan program or their start-up assistance, among other services currently offered, so I guess they'll be giving those the ax...if they get their way.
