Triple Eye GamesFans of #tricubetales will recognize the mechanics we're using in One Last Job: your crew faces a series of trials - each with its own target number - which must be overcome. In the end, how well your crew did during the job decides the final difficulty.
Each crew member has an archetype (a trait + a background), some perks and some quirks. If you’ve ever played #tricubetales, this will sound familiar! All of the data needed to generate crew comes in datapacks (included with the game, or make your own!).
Job difficulty changes depending on your crew's traits, backgrounds, perks, and quirks. You need to make sure to send a crew that’s suited for each job, or you’re setting them up for failure — so build the right crew for each job!
Brandoff, the Offbrand GandalfR'lyehwatch RPG is now available on DriveThruRPG. This rules-lite game of lifeguards and elder gods was written by @jesseross and yours truly.

Pretty simple D6 system - roll 1-3 D6s to hit a 4,5, or 6 target number (depending on difficulty)
It's got a lot of one-page settings, that each have the complete rules. Many include Scribus templates so you can make your own settings.
Seems like a good system for one shots.
