I have always failed to upkeep a gym habit because traveling to the gym and back and changing takes 1-2 hours that I don't have to spare. Instead I chose to integrate exercise to my everyday life: lift, grip and do isometrics while I watch movies, take the stairs every time, combine chores with exercise (like activate my lower body and core while I cook) and do physical chores the hard way when there is an opportunity for extra strength training. I try to find new fun ways to activate each muscle group all the time to keep myself motivated. Instead of one long workout session I do several short bursts of strength training throughout the day.

My all time favorite exercises are negative pull-ups, dancing, biking and balance board yoga.
