Max Resing@jtk - Checked the Whois records, and all three #TLDs belong to the same organization: Radix Technologies Inc, registered on the Cayman Island. They do not look suspicious per se. Also their references are well-known.
My guess is, they have some agreement with Namecheap, so all parties benefit. Namecheap, Radix Technologies but likely also adversaries due to this offer.
