@MaryPot @bgrier @domr @3dprinting For sure #ThinkerCAD is great for a lot of projects! I started with it (and with #OpenSCAD) and then switched primarily to #Fusion360 since I find the history and the parametrisation very useful for complex projects and for prototyping. I haven’t tried #Blender, but it is on the list 😀.

@Smootasaurus I started with #ThinkerCAD and I think that it is a very nice tool. I’m still using it for small and simple items. I switched to #Fusion360 mainly because of parametrization and history - I find these indispensable for complex models, especially when I have to experiment.

As for exotic filaments: I’ll try TPU and PC or PP for two future projects. Right now, I’m using PLA and PETG.
