A disporla è stata il gip del Tribunale di Firenze, Patrizia Martucci, che non ha ravvisato “elementi concreti su contatti o rapporti diretti tra Cosa Nostra e Silvio Berlusconi e, quindi, Marcello Dell’Utri, stretto collaboratore di Berlusconi”.
Secondo quanto si apprende, il decreto di archiviazione è stato firmato il 15 gennaio scorso.

La difesa di Dell’Utri, la cui abitazione milanese era stata perquisita nel luglio 2023, ha sempre definito tali accuse “fantasiose”, contestando l’attendibilità dei collaboratori di giustizia e sottolineando l’assenza di riscontri oggettivi. Una tesi che trova ora conferma nell’archiviazione disposta dal giudice.
