Agree that holistic and democratic systems are preferable to a patchwork of local initiatives. However, over the past 30 years the #techlordlings have subverted antitrust, liability, and helped give undue influence to the wealthy in elections. Subverting democracy.

S.O.P. for when #techlordlings get outsized tax benefits for no community gain needs to be full financial audits of all elected officials involved. High probability of envelopes, preferred shares, or other incentives to sell out. Beyond that sue the politicians for gross negligence. 1 job <> $77MM
