I recommend any #Canadians listen to the @CBC House interview of the #UK Foreign Minister Lammy: it absolutely DRIPS with British arrogance. It's an object lesson of #Talleyrand's dictum: "Speech was given to man to conceal his thoughts". This is an excellent example. The UK seems willing to offer #Canada up on the altar of expedient diplomacy and not risk the slightest offense to #Trump. Happy to stand on the sidelines...and invite Trump to dinner with the King.
