That #tabbouli I made yesterday is the star of my lunch with some earlier-made #hummus and pita from the freezer.

Hummus is one of those things that seems to get even better with freezing.

Late afternoon #food creating. Made a #tabbouli, with a few creative changes. Used the #grain farro instead of bulgur, and cilantro instead of mint. Seems tasty, but the test will be tomorrow after it's sat for a while.

Pulling some hummus out of the freezer in anticipation of trying it for lunch tomorrow.
