Time changes aren’t healthy for anyone, but with type 1 diabetes, they’re even worse.
The insulin pump updates automatically, but your body doesn’t. It takes a week or more to sync, and the whole thing just sucks.
For the diabetes community:
The California insulin is long acting insulin glargine, which is biosimiliar to Lantus.
A fast acting insulin similar to Novoloh is in the works.
