See, I was on #AntiDepressants for several years. Got most of the side effects. #WeightGain #SunSensitivity etc. The most fun is how my #BioChemistry has been altered such that whatever my body produces during exercise (maybe #endorphins maybe something else), it doesn't make me feel great or...

Mary Lynn LeBlanc first noticed a mole on her left shoulder about seven years ago. At first, doctors didn't find anything worrying about it. But in 2020, she noticed it looked different and grew to the size of a nickel.

I spent 2 hours on the water in Florida in February today for a burial at sea. I was determined to be there for family or I wouldn't have risked it. I wore a KN-95 because a family member was sick, sunglasses, a hat and a hood, stayed under a light roof, wore good sunblock and my hairline, my lips and the back of my neck where I didn't have my hood up the entire time and didn't apply enough sunblock are STILL miserably itchy, swollen and red -- my neck was uncovered during the hour or two spent getting to and from the boat with my hood down. I own lipblock but completely forgot to apply it. Masking cut my exposure there probably from 3 hours to one. Needing the mask and hood tricked me into forgetting I still needed to reapply sunscreen to exposed bits. I know I can hike 3-5 hours with tree cover away from water without bursting into flame. I'm not sure I'm ever going anywhere near water outside of dawn and dusk ever again. I already knew this, but holy crap, my trip to Mexico in April is really really not going to involve the beach during the day. #sunSensitivity #skincare
