#Stutz. Are they like scientific models in the sense that they help you analyze yourself and move a bit forward by hypothesizing and testing them? Are you as the person being treated supposed to develop a refined version of them that fits your circumstances? Or are they more like tools that help you in the moment to break out of your habitual mode of thinking and instead feel or be in the moment? It seems to me right now that the word model is confusing me
