Rainbow Flag returns to Stonewall National Monument to cheers in NYC

On Feb 12, New York City LGBTQ activists and city officials raised the rainbow flag at the Stonewall National Monument, where minions of Fuhrer Donald Trump had pulled it down earlier in the week and replaced it with the flag of the US Empire.

This is reminescent of Orlando's LGBTQ activists who repeatedly repainted the rainbow crosswalk destroyed by FL Gov DeSantis at Pulse, but on an even bigger stage.

Stonewall is the site of the 3 day uprising and furious battle that put an end to routine police raids on gay bars and nightlife. The very name rings of battle and standing one's ground, and that's exactly what the fighting queens and hustlers of Stonewall did on June 28-30 1969.

Now the rightful flag of this victory monument is back in its place!
