I figure the hard part is done because I already have a good dough so I'll wing it from here. Dough is buttered and back in the 'fridge until morning. A little different, with the sourdough, the inclusion of whole wheat in the dough, and some peanuts adding a hint of saltiness to the caramel.

Mostly got to relax and do #foodprep for Christmas Day.

Tried to make #clairesaffitz maple walnut #stickyBuns but there are only two of us so I did 1/4 recipe, and pretty sure I effed it up 😫 but won’t know for sure until tomorrow. The good news is we have a mountain of #cookies that we can eat instead 🤷🏻‍♀️🍪
