I can't remember any occasion when StarTrack actually found us at home, especially as I am a hermit who rarely leaves home.
Yesterday, like every other time they attempted to deliver something, we weren't home (we were) so they had to leave a card (I can't seem to find it anywhere)
Other couriers always find us at home, but when StarTrack calls we are always out & the card always disappears

I almost replicated this failure mode with UPS, but this time called before it left the country.
As before, I didn't know it was going to happen. I called by accident. UPS had marked my order as delivered and signed for, and I wanted to know who had it. It's now "diverted" to me, and thus deadlines don't exist. I'll get it in two weeks else they'll have to reset my expectations again.
