Some of you may remember that last year we had a couple of Spotted Flycatchers build a nest in our bird feeder and raise four little birds. So it happened again, perhaps even with the same individuals. But this time they did not stop with one nest and four babies, they built another nest while the first batch was still here, and as of today there are 4 new eggs. Sometimes siblings help their mom and sit on the eggs instead of her. And one of the birds is named Nicholson because of the fluff on the head 🥹
