@aggiegrad03 Inspired by your mention last night of dried fruit, I decided to make a spice cake recipe that uses chopped dried fruit for tonight's dessert. I baked the recipe as cupcakes for ease of serving and 'doggy bag' distribution. The recipe calls for a mixture of dried fruit, whatever is on hand. Today that meant apricots, cherries, prunes, dates, cranberries and raisins, a small amount of each.
