In 2019 Anja Plaschg a.k.a. Soap&Skin was nominated for the "Amadeus Austrian Music Awards" in the same category as Andreas Gabalier.
She had a message:
"To be expected to share one of these categories and this event with a wannabe-tycoon, who commercializes on reactionary, nationalistic, chauvinistic and sexist ideologies and finds his approval appalls me. I will not be part of the event."
