#Meditation can be practiced in many methods. Some believe you need to sit down in a quiet room while other believe everything can be meditation as long as you are #mindful of your surroundings and your actions. I lean into the second group.

Today, it #snowed in north #Texas. So I took the opportunity to go outside and meditate. This photo of me was taken by my teenage daughter as I tried to come inside.

So it #snowed a little last night & I didn't want to #shovel the driveway or the windrow the plows left behind. Lucky me a kid comes by & knocks to see if I want my #driveway cleared. Me: how much.
Him: $30.
I thought a bit then said: Ok, go ahead.
He completed the job.
I learn he ia 16 & this is his first real attempt at #independent work & wants to save for uni.
The #market rate for a driveway my size is generally $50+. I pay him $40 & then topped it up to $50.

His #smile was #worth it.
