#VoidRivals is one of the new comics from #SkyboundComics new “Energon universe” and it’s actually pretty interesting! Basically two races with bad blood are stuck and must work together. I think this the only new (as in no prior IP) title in the universe I dig how low stakes it is. I’m assuming it’ll expand its plot, but I enjoy what it is now and I hope it stays smaller considering the scope that #Transformers and #GIJoe are batting with.

I think I might... like the new Transformers comic? It's treading familiar ground but there's a spark to the characters and the art feels a bit 90s indie. Starscream is very much a magnificent bastard and starting the Autobots off with just Prime and Ratchet feels like the coziest early Marvel G1, but authentically, not like it's just copying it.
