For those not familiar with south Asian astrology, Visa Nekatha (Viśākhā Nakṣatra) is a lunar mansion historically associated with Vesak. Though Buddha said monks/nuns shouldn't practise astrology, Sri Lankans (including monks/nuns) often do.
