Afghanistan 🇦🇫نشست سادهسازی پروسهٔ اداری به ریاست معاون #هلالاحمر_افغانی برگزار شد

#نشستی_هماهنگی بهمنظور سادهسازی پروسهٔ اداری و تسریع در اجرای امور، به ریاست محترم حافظ عزیزالرحمن معاون هلالاحمر افغانی و با حضور مسؤولین ریاستهای مربوطه و آمریتهای مستقل دفتر مرکزی برگزار شد.
در این نشست، معاون هلالاحمر افغانی اظهار داشت که #سادهسازی_پروسهٔ_اداری نقش مهمی در صرفهجویی زمان، ارتقای کیفیت کاری و افزایش رضایت مراجعین دارد و تأکید کرد که امور اداری باید بدون تأخیر و موانع، بر اساس اصول و در چارچوب یک سیستم منظم میان بخشها به پیش برده شود.
همچنان محترم حافظ عزیزالرحمن از مسؤولین خواست تا در اجرای امور، به هماهنگی، سرعت عمل و مسئولیتپذیری توجه جدی داشته باشند و مشکلاتی را که بر روند کار تأثیر میگذارد، با رهبری در میان بگذارند تا برای آنها راهحلهای مؤثر و بهموقع جستوجو شود.
در پایان نشست، اشتراککنندگان نظریات و پیشنهادهای خود را مطرح کردند و تصمیمات لازم در زمینه سادهسازی امور میان بخشها و تحقق اهداف اداری اتخاذ گردید.

Meeting Held Under the Leadership of #ARCS Vice President to Streamline Administrative Processes

A #coordination_meeting was held under the leadership of ARCS Vice President Hafiz Azizur Rahman, bringing together officials from the central headquarters departments and independent units. The #purpose of the meeting was to discuss ways to #simplify_administrative_processes and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Mr. Azizur Rahman emphasized that streamlining administrative processes is crucial for saving time, improving work quality, and increasing beneficiaries’ satisfaction. He stressed the importance of conducting all administrative activities smoothly and without delays between departments, following established principles and an organized system.
He #urged the officials to prioritize coordination, speed, and accountability in their work, and to promptly report any challenges affecting workflow to the leadership, so that effective solutions can be implemented quickly.
At the end of the meeting, participants shared their ideas and suggestions. Several key decisions were made to simplify interdepartmental processes and achieve administrative goals.
