نشست ساده‌سازی پروسهٔ اداری به ریاست معاون #هلال‌احمر_افغانی برگزار شد

#نشستی_هماهنگی به‌منظور ساده‌سازی پروسهٔ اداری و تسریع در اجرای امور، به ریاست محترم حافظ عزیزالرحمن معاون هلال‌احمر افغانی و با حضور مسؤولین ریاست‌های مربوطه و آمریت‌های مستقل دفتر مرکزی برگزار شد.

در این نشست، معاون هلال‌احمر افغانی اظهار داشت که #ساده‌سازی_پروسهٔ_اداری نقش مهمی در صرفه‌جویی زمان، ارتقای کیفیت کاری و افزایش رضایت مراجعین دارد و تأکید کرد که امور اداری باید بدون تأخیر و موانع، بر اساس اصول و در چارچوب یک سیستم منظم میان بخش‌ها به پیش برده شود.

همچنان محترم حافظ عزیزالرحمن از مسؤولین خواست تا در اجرای امور، به هماهنگی، سرعت عمل و مسئولیت‌پذیری توجه جدی داشته باشند و مشکلاتی را که بر روند کار تأثیر می‌گذارد، با رهبری در میان بگذارند تا برای آن‌ها راه‌حل‌های مؤثر و به‌موقع جست‌وجو شود.

در پایان نشست، اشتراک‌کنندگان نظریات و پیشنهادهای خود را مطرح کردند و تصمیمات لازم در زمینه ساده‌سازی امور میان بخش‌ها و تحقق اهداف اداری اتخاذ گردید.

A #coordination_meeting was held under the leadership of ARCS Vice President Hafiz Azizur Rahman, bringing together officials from the central headquarters departments and independent units. The #purpose of the meeting was to discuss ways to #simplify_administrative_processes and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Mr. Azizur Rahman emphasized that streamlining administrative processes is crucial for saving time, improving work quality, and increasing beneficiaries’ satisfaction. He stressed the importance of conducting all administrative activities smoothly and without delays between departments, following established principles and an organized system.

He #urged the officials to prioritize coordination, speed, and accountability in their work, and to promptly report any challenges affecting workflow to the leadership, so that effective solutions can be implemented quickly.

At the end of the meeting, participants shared their ideas and suggestions. Several key decisions were made to simplify interdepartmental processes and achieve administrative goals.

#هلال‌احمر_افغانی و #فدراسیون_بین‌المللی در رابطه با کمک‌های عاجل به عودت‌کنندگان و #زلزله‌زدگان گفت‌وگو کردند

نشست هماهنگی میان محترم شیخ‌الحدیث شهاب‌الدین دلاور، رئیس عمومی هلال‌احمر افغانی، و محترم حسام فیصل، رئیس فدراسیون بین‌المللی جمعیت‌های ملی در افغانستان، به‌منظور فراهم‌سازی کمک‌های #عاجل_بشردوستانه برای #عودت‌کنندگان و خانواده‌های آسیب‌دیده از زلزله و رسیدگی به مشکلات آنان برگزار شد.

در این نشست، محترم شیخ‌الحدیث شهاب‌الدین دلاور معلوماتی را در مورد نیازها و مشکلات عاجل عودت‌کننده‌گان و خانواده‌های متضرر شریک ساخته و افزود که خانواده‌های عودت‌کننده، علاوه بر مواد غذایی و سرپناه، به کمک‌های گستردهٔ بشردوستانه نیز نیاز دارند. وی تصریح کرد که فراهم‌سازی مواد غذایی و غیرغذایی، خدمات صحی، #البسه‌_زمستانی و سرپناه برای این خانواده‌ها از اولویت‌های هلال‌احمر افغانی است؛ اما این اداره به‌تنهایی توان رسیدگی به تمام مشکلات و نیازهای خانواده‌های عودت‌کننده را ندارد و در این زمینه کمک‌های بشردوستانهٔ نهادهای بین‌المللی بسیار مهم است.

رئیس فدراسیون بین‌المللی در #افغانستان در سخنان خود گفت: ادارهٔ ما به حمایت و دست‌گیری از عودت‌کنندگان و خانواده‌های زلزله‌زده متعهد است و در هماهنگی با هلال‌احمر افغانی، کمک‌ها را مطابق با نیازهای آنان فراهم خواهد کرد. وی اطمینان داد که مشکلات این خانواده‌ها را با مسئولین سایر نهادهای کمک‌رسان شریک خواهد ساخت تا به مشکلات خانواده‌های آسیب‌دیده به‌موقع رسیدگی شود.

#ARCS and #IFRC Discuss Emergency Aid for Returnees and #Earthquake_Affected Families

Sheik-ul-Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, General President of the ARCS, held a #coordination_meeting with Mr. Hosam Faysal, Head of the IFRC Delegation in #Afghanistan, to discuss providing emergency assistance to #returnee_refugees and earthquake-affected families, and to address their challenges.

During the meeting, Mr. Delawar shared information on the urgent needs and difficulties faced by returnee and affected families. He emphasized that these families require comprehensive #humanitarian_support beyond food and shelter. Mr. Delawar stated that supplying food and non-food items, health services, winter clothing, and shelter remains a top priority for the ARCS, however, the organization cannot meet the challenges and needs of all returnee families alone, highlighting the importance of humanitarian assistance from international aid organizations in this regard.

Mr. Faysal stated “We are committed to supporting returnee refugees and earthquake-affected families. In coordination with the ARCS, we will provide assistance tailored to the specific needs of these families.” He also assured that the challenges faced by these families will be shared with officials from other humanitarian organizations to ensure a timely response.
