Tired of installing Obsidian and syncing content issues?

Try #silverbulletmd, I can use it on any device I have, even offline, and that through my favourite browser.

Again thank you @silverbulletmd, this service is a gift. I just uploaded my first file and it was refreshingly simple and reliable.

#Markdown #notes #silverbullet

@balterwenjamin42 @voitech It looks very uninformed to me, because basically every other Markdown linked note plattform - #Logseq, #Foam, #Dendron, #SilverBulletMD, #Joplin, #Zettlr - they *all* use the WikiLink standard or at the least support it. It‘s omnipresent in the open-source ecosystem.

@EpiphanicSynchronicity @obsidianmd Also, plaintext plus version control is lovely. I've got a private repo that I use for testing different platforms (like #ObsidianMD, #roamresearch backups, #logseq, #SilverBulletMD, #zettlr, and others), and it's great to see the evolution over time.

It also makes me less hesitant to do evergreen pruning, knowing that it's all there.

To practice my #selfhosting skills, I installed #FOSS #Markdown editor @silverbullet #SilverBulletMD and it is very nice.

Especially if you are a #minimalist and aren’t into a fancy #gui .

It’s quite snappy and even has a toggle #vim mode. It has a #docker installation option as well.

It looks like there are active #GitHub and #Discord communities too.

It has a very nice interface and may definitely appeal if you are looking for a #selfhosted #localfirst #PKM solution.
