PSA - if birds are pooping on your side mirror - the solution is to use a plastic grocery bag. Birds are skittish so they're not gonna sit on the crinkly bag. I tie the bag around the bottom and lift the bag up a little so it's like an airy pyramid. That way birds are in for a crinkly situation which, for the last month, there has been no bird poop where there was previously dumps and dumps every day.

Initially my idea was
bird spikes with suction cup adhesive so you can stick it on your car side mirrors if that's where the birds crap. Then easily remove when you need to remove it

But yeah - the solution was to use a plastic grocery bag. Birds are skittish so they're not gonna sit on the crinkly bag.
