Summer is coming, & I'm roasting my #coffee lighter for #IcedCoffee. I believe it qualifies as 3WOJ (3rd-Wave Orange Juice). It's not how I prefer it hot, but it's much more refreshing when iced.

My old scale went on the hummer, so this is my new one (Tiamo KS900). Scale, timer, thermometer all in one, although that last one seems useless.

#Coffee is a washed #Ethiopia #Sidamo Guji, but I had the fan too low on the roaster, so it's a bit smokey. #Hario V60 dripper w/ #Chemex filters & #OrphanEspresso Lido 2 grinder.

Iced, single-origin Americano (#Ethiopia, #Sidamo, Guji) at Henry Jane in #Taichung #Taiwan. But, the boss makes it better than his worker does. This one is not as fruity (peach? lychee?) as what it could be.
