After a week with the Caedo Hoop, I might prefer the #Coffee it makes over coffee from my #Chemex. Even on a couple days when I made Chemex coffee in the morning to bring to work, I made Hoop coffee at home in the evening... and now I'm drinking more coffee per day, so I need to be careful.

Having said that... the coffee I made with the Chemex to take to work on Wednesday was some of the best coffee I've ever made. A perfectly balanced cup.. sweet, juicy, chocolatey.

F's in the chat for this lone bean who fell from the scoop into the sink.

Also the bridge collapsed twice during the process...

AND it's the last brew of this blend, which was VERY tasty.
