Hi! How have things been with you?
I was recently gifted two bricks of pu'er tea, and I was wondering about the quality. Also (don't get offended), what would be the best way to make iced tea with it (in ~1L batches)? I'd prefer cold brew or else ice-drip as opposed to brewing hot and then adding ice.

We went to Subway tonight. They had no chocolate-chip cookies. There is no fairness in life.
Taiwan has had less than 10 cases per day all this month. Most days have been 0-3. And that's in the midst of 2 Delta clusters. Yes, there are likely more asymptotic cases that may give us a surprise, but even Delta can be contained. Just look no further than New Zealand.
Mid-Autumn Festival is next Tuesday, so we get a 4-day holiday this year. Let the relaxation begin!
I'm OK with this as it should allow me to see his next movie from outside a subscription-only service. Hopefully, other directors step up, too.
